摘要
用于儿童的钙剂直接移用于年老者补钙效果并不佳。试图探讨血清中Ca、BGP、CT、AKP、P、BUN六个有关骨形成因素的相关性。本文结果如下:(1)报告兔血清中以上六个因素的正常平均值;(2)BGP与Ca、CT、AKP均有程度不等的相关性;BGP与兔体重有密切相关,体重大于2.5kg,多数BGP形成减少;根据BGP形成多少,血清中BGP:Ca、BGP:P等比值也有差异。认为BGP是血清中骨形成因素的主要因素;(3)给予家兔小剂量新钙灵后,血清BGP与有关因子的比值,和BGP形成低下的兔血清中BGP的相关性相符。活性钙能使BGP:CT正相关,此二因素分别又与其他因素呈现负相关,不利BGP、CT存留,达不到理想效果。
The administration of restorative calcium for children to the elderly has no good efficacy. We researched six factors for osteosis in rabbit serum,i. e. calcium (Ca),osteocalcin (BGP),calcitonin (CT),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),alkaline phosphate (AKP),and phosphor(P),and obtained thefollowing results: 1. The normal Vanable values of the six factors in rabbit serum. 2. There is correlation in varying degree between BGP and Ca, CT,AKP. The content of BGP in serum and the weight of rabbit are closely correlated. When the rabbit' s weight is over 2. 5 kg, the content of BGP in serum is mostly decreased. The ratios of BGP:Ca and BGP:P etc vary with the content of BGP,so that BGP is a major element of osteosis. 3. The ratio of BGP to other factors after supplementating small dose of XinGai-ling in rabbits are identical with those in the rabbits which have less BGP. There is a positive correlation between BGP and CT aften supplementating active calcium,while these two factors are in negative correlation with other factors,which is unfavourable to the retention of BGP and CT in body in a long time and cannot achieve an ideal effect.
