摘要
高校体育课自我创新教学模式是一个以学生为主体,以学生主动身体锻炼为基础,以学生健康意识培养和身体素质全面发展为目标的教学过程.操作程序由“自主身体练习—自我创新学习”组成.自主身体练习包括出示身体练习菜单,教学分班等环节;自我创新学习包括确定目标,身体练习,内部转化和自我评价等环节.
This students-centered teaching mode is a comprehensive teaching approach which is to cultivate the sense of health and to develop the quality of the students in all sides, that is from Active Physical Exercise to Self Initiative Study. It shows the virtue of the quality education and is consistent with the physical and emotional development of students. The new mode is proved important through lots of experiments for cultivating the initiative sense and self physical exercise ability of the college and university students.
