严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒多肽抗原筛选的研究
摘要
严重急性呼吸综合征(SARS)可从SARS病人分泌物中分离出SARS冠状病毒(SARS-CoV).目前检测SARS-CoV方法有三类[1]:分子生物学检测、免疫学检测(抗体检测)和细胞分离培养.本研究用克隆表达的SARS-CoV的各种蛋白,以重组抗原片段检测病人血清中对应抗体,并通过试验筛选出SARS-CoV表面有效性多肽抗原,进行临床研究.
