摘要
①对茄科七个种的过氧化物酶酶谱作极点排序的结果,与分类体系相一致,并且Lycopersicon 的两个亚属间分化是明显的。②番茄芽期酶谱适合于品种间的比较,过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶的酶谱排序结果近似,F_1的排序都接近于母本,而酯酶的排序则处于双亲的中间。意味着前两种酶可能与细胞质因素有关。③F_2的过氧化物酶酶谱分离中有2条带与标记的分离相关联,但研究标记的染色体已知并无基因座位。④细胞色素氧化酶有2条带呈现分离,前者显示为细胞质遗传现象,后者显示为9∶7互补遗传现象,并与标记性状分离完全对应,意味着互补因子存在在标记染色体上的可能性。
The first is a comparison of zymograms of peroxidase isozyme amongseven speceice belong to three genera.Using the polar ordertion methodsthe zymograms order were tested.The results of orderation methods,order of peroxidase isozyme is in accordance with taxonomy,but thezymogram also diverged obviously between two subgenera of Lycopersicon.The second is comparison and orderation of zymograms among sometomato cultivars,Take samples of germinated seed in 6 days used forPAGE,the zymograms may be satisfied to be used for comparing to cultivars.The zymograms of peroxidaso,cytochrome oxidase were similarin orderation.Their F_1 was approximately alike to the female parent,But esterase of F_1 was intermediate between two parents.The diff-erent results may be related to cytoplasmic elements of peroxidase andcytochrome oxidase.The third is segregation of zymograms in F_2,There are three bandsamong peroxidase isozyme showing segregation (R_f=0.32,0.45 and 0.82),called P1,P2 and P3 respectively,Excepte for among P1 and otherelements,another are non-independently respectively.But markers “a”and “c” are carried no the chromosomes No.11 and No.6 respectively,they are without any known Prx loci existed.In zymogram of cytochrome oxidase,There are two bands showingsegregation.ha(?) R_f=0.38 and 0.65,the former showed cytoplamicinheri lance and the later showed 9:7 completely corresponding to segrcation of two markers.This means the complemently factors may existon the chromosomes No.6 and No.11.
