慢性粒细胞白血病药物治疗的进展

摘要 慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)是一种伴有特定遗传学异常(Ph染色体)的恶性造血干细胞克隆增殖性疾病。传统化疗虽可以控制疾病改善症状,但并不延长生存期。干扰素的使用可改善疾病的预后,但不能治愈该病。异基因造血干细胞移植仍是目前唯一的治愈手段。近年来,由于对其分子水平靶向治疗的深人研究,一些新药相继出现,其中尤以格列卫最为突出,取得了令人瞩目的疗效。
