血小板在杀菌方面的作用 被引量:2

摘要 血小板是从骨髓成熟的巨核细胞胞浆裂解脱落下来的小块胞质,主要功能是生理止血,也参与炎症反应。有研究表明,血小板内含有抗菌多肽,在宿主防御细菌感染,尤其是防御感染性心内膜炎中起重要作用。本文就血小板杀菌多肽的杀菌作用、杀菌机制、耐药机制的研究进展作一分析和介绍。
