小儿急性阑尾炎165例诊治体会

The experiences of diagnosis and treatment of acute appendicitis in children

目的提高小儿急性阑尾炎的诊治水平。方法回顾我院1993年7月～2003年7月收治的165例小儿急性阑尾炎临床资料,总结其临床特点及处理经验。结果本组165例,7～14岁133例,6岁以下32例,发热、腹痛、右下腹固定压痛及白细胞升高为最主要表现。165例经手术治疗及病理证实,术后均治愈。结论对小儿腹痛应反复体检,一经诊断应尽早处理,积极手术能取得良好疗效。

Objective To enhance the awareness of diagnosis and treatment of children's acute appendicitis. Methods Reviewed the 165 eases of children's acute appendicitis in our hospital from July 1993 to July 2003. Their symptoms and signs were reviewed, and the clinical features and the methods of treatment were analyzed. Results 133 eases were 7-14 years old, 32 cases were under 6 years old. Fever, abdomenal pain, tenderness over the right lower quadrant of the abdomen and increased WBC in the blood were the most findings. 165 cases were all cured by surgical operations. The diagnoses were confirmed by operation and pathological examination. Conclusion Children with abdomenal pain should be examinated repeatedly. If the diagnoses of acute appendicitis was sure, The children patient should receive surgical as quickly as can. Actively operation often leads to well results.
