肾盂输尿管连接处梗阻的诊治体会

目的探讨肾盂输尿管交界部梗阻的诊疗方法,以取得满意的手术治疗效果。方法对30例肾盂输尿管交界部梗阻病人,根据病情分别实施肾切除术及离断式肾孟成形术、肾盂输尿管吻合术。结果 4例肾无功能患者,肾切除术后,住院8天康复出院。其他病例均行离断式肾盂成形术,术后患者肾功能恢复满意。结论肾孟交界部梗阻病人早期诊断,离断式肾孟成形术,手术方式更为合理,术后效果更为满意。

Objective To assess the treatment me thuds of the UPJO and ureter to get satisfactory Operative treatment results. Methods we treated 30 patients with the UPJO of renal pelvis and ureter by nephrectomy,pyeloureteroplasty,pyeloure.teros.tomy. Results 4 patients without the functions of kidney recovered and left the hospital after having deen in hospital 8 days after their kidneys were out off.we treated other patients by forming the renal pelvis in parting form.The function of kidney recovered well by the operation. Conclusions The patients with the obstruction of the UPJO should be treated in the early period,the operation of pyeloureteroplasty is more reasonable,the results are more satisfying after the operation.
