摘要目的探究不宁腿综合征(Restless Legs Syndrome RLs)的临床特点,治疗及预后。方法对已确诊的18例RLS进行回顾性分析。结果RLS在临床上并不少见,其中不明原因者占72.22%,有原发病者占27.78%,如贫血、妊娠、下肢静脉曲张、糖尿病。病因治疗及多巴胺类药物治疗有效。痊愈者占66.67%,好转者占33.33%。结论RLS预后好。
