摘要
农业科技成果分3种类型,即物化型、操作型、知识型.据1989年和1990年对湖南12个县的780户农户的调查,在近年推广的技术成果中,推广到户的物化型成果占37.4%,操作型成果占10.8%.为了加速科技成果的转化,提出了改善农业外部环境因素,完善农业推广体制,提高农民科技文化素质等适合当前我国国情的农业推广对策.
Scientific achievements in agriculture may be grouped into 3 types,.i.e.,sub-stance type,skill type.and knowledge type.An investigation in 12 counties of Hunanprovince in 1989 to 1990 showd that the percentage of substance type introduced to house-holds was 34.7%,and that of the skill type was 10.8%.To accelerate application of scientif-ic achievements,the paper suggests the following:improving contextural conditions for agri-culture,improving agricultural extention system.and raising the cultural and scientific levelof farmers.
