复方丹参液对患隐性乳房炎奶牛乳量和乳质的影响

THE THERAPEUTIC TEST OF COMPLEX SALVIA MILTIORRHIZA POURING LIQUID TO MILK CATTLES'RECESSIVE MASTITIS AND THE DIFFERENCE OF MILK PRODUCTION AND QUALITY

以复方丹参液对奶牛隐性乳房炎LMT 反应阳性(?)、(?)和(?)共三级的12头牛20个乳室进行治疗,三级的治愈率分别为66.7%,75%及100%.对患牛日均产奶量及48分病健乳室乳汁作7项乳质主要成分治疗前后的对比试验,结果表明,该病不仅使产奶量下降,而且乳质主要成分如乳脂、乳蛋白及乳糖等亦受到不同程度的损失.LMT 反应级别越高,营养成分损失越严重,乳酸度下降越显著.在治疗后经统计学分析,治疗牛日均产奶量明显提高,乳质7项主要指标都显著高于治疗前,并与LMT 阴性对照组差异不显著.

The recessive mastitis of 12 milk cattles' 20 mammae is treated through pour-ing complex salvia miltiorrhiza into mammae.The cure rate of(?)group,(?)group and(?)group of Lanzhou Mastitis Test(LMT)is 66.7%,75%,100%.This test shows thatmilk cattles' recessive mastitis not only reduce the daily milk production but also damagesthe major milk composition(such as milkfat,milk protein and lactose),and that the higherthe grade of LMT,the severer the damage of nutrition or the decrease of the acidity,Thestatistics analyssis shows that daily milk production and 7 targets of quality are improved ob-viously after the treatment,without difference to that of the(—)group of LMT.
