摘要
从湖南18个县(市)采集的水稻细条病病叶中分离出24个噬菌体分离株,用7种不同的植物病原细菌进行了专化性测定,结果表明供测的噬菌体只能侵染水稻细条菌;用来自湖南、广东、广西、福建及四川的水稻细条菌90个菌株对噬菌体敏感性进行测定,认为可将供试菌株分为3类共23个溶菌型.并提出了提高噬菌体法检测种子带菌效果的建议.
24 phages were isolated from rice leaves infected by bacterial leaf streak in 18counties/cities,Hunan Province.The specificity of these phages was detected.The resultsshowed they only infected the causal agent Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzicola,but had notinfected other species of pathogenic bacteria of plants.90 causal agent isolates collected fromHunan,Guandong,Guanxi,Fujian and Sichuan provinces were used to determine their sensi-tivity to these phages.It was found that these isolates could be devided into 3 groups and 23lysotypes.Improving phage technique for diseased seeds detection was therfore suggested.
