基于目前住宅小区的单相感应式电能表,以每一单元8块表为一组,改造设计一种实现预付费的IC卡管理系统.介绍了它的原理框图、电源电路、外围电路和软件流程.该系统在实现预付费功能的同时还具有成本低、安全性好、可靠性高的特点.

At present, eight single-phase AC watt-hour meters of a unit compose a group. This paper gives a method to design a new IC card management system for pre-paying, and includes the principle diagram, the source circuit, the peripheral circuit and the software flow chart. This system can fulfill the whole function. At the same time, it can reduce the cost, promote the security and improve the reliability.
