固定化酵母发酵生产酒精的研究——Ⅱ.中试试验

摘要 通过进行总体积4.14 m^3规模的中试生产试验,证明固定化酵母细胞发酵生产酒精新工艺具有发酵速度快、效率高、易控制、污染少、简化设备等优点,发酵液酒分达8.57%左右,残糖值1.39%左右,发酵周期20 h 左右,平均转化率达88.2%以上,生产指标达到了中试所在工厂同期生产水平. The new craft which is used to produce alcohol by immobilized yeast from thecane molasses,is different from the traditional technology.By processing pilot test at 4.14m^3 volum,we discovered that new craft has following advantages:faster fermentationvelocety,higher efficiency,easy control,antipollution and simple instalation.The alcoholconcentration of the fermentation juice achieves 8.57%.Residue sucrose value is 1.39%.The production period is about 20 hours.The average conversion rate is more than 88.2%.The production index have reached the factory's level at the same period.
