摘要
应用LKB 2277型生物活性监测系统测定安农S-6,安农S-9,W6154S,衡农S-1,衡农S-2等核不育系稻种萌发过程中的生物热效应,探讨其光敏或温敏特性在萌发过程中的反应,为核不育系的选育提供简易的监测方法和理论依据.
Using LKB 2277 Bioactivity Monitor,we have determmed the biological heateffect in thermo-photoperiodsensitive genic male-sterile rice seeds of Hengnong S-1,Hengnong S-2,W6154S,Annong S-6 and Annong S-9 in germinating process.Theircharacteristics in photoperiodsensitivity and thermoperiod sensitivity in germinating processhas been studied.A simple test method and theoretical basis for breedingphotoperiodsensitive genic male-sterile rice is provided.
