非直线定标方法测定血清氯含量

USEFULNESS OF NON-LINEAR CALIBRATION IN MERCURY THIOCYANATE COLORIMETRIC METHOD FOR SERUM CHLORIDE MEASUREMENT.

目的 :在硫氰酸汞比色法测定血清氯中 ,探讨非直线定标在测定血清氯离子时的应用价值。方法 :配制不同浓度的血清氯标准液 ,加入硫氰酸汞比色试剂 ,测定其吸光度 ,然后采用 SPSS统计软件进行数据处理 ,确定其非直线标准曲线类型。结果 :非直线定标应用在硫氰酸汞比色法测定血清氯时 ,可使血清氯测定的范围达 5 0 .0～ 2 0 0 .0 mm ol/L,测定结果与离子选择电极法比较差异无显著性 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :硫氰酸汞比色法测定血清氯时 。

Objective:To evaluate the role of non-linear calibration in mercury thiocyanate colorimetric method for serum chloride measurement.Methods:Mercury thiocyanate reagent was added to standard solutions of differental concentrations of serum chloride,then the absorbances were measured,all of the results were statistically analyzed by using the SPSS for Windows to determine the type of non-linaer standard curve.Results:By using non-linear calibration in mercury thiocyanate colorimetric method for serum chloride,the detection range of serum chloride was 50～200 mmol/L.Results obtained by using this method were not significantly different from those obtained by using ion selective electrode method (P>0.05).Conclusion:When using mercury thiocyanate colorimetric method for serum chloride measurement,use of non-linear calibration may improve the accuracy and detection range.
