岳阳市狂犬病流行情况调查分析

THE EPIDEMIOLOGIC INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON RABIES IN YUEYANG CITY.

目的 :探讨狂犬病的流行特征和因素。方法 :对流行病学现场个案调查和疫情报告资料进行分析。结果 :狂犬病主要依靠野犬传播 ,沿山区到丘陵区和平原区流行 ,5～ 11月为发病高峰 ,发病男性高于女性 ,山区易形成疫源地 ,发病潜伏期头部 <上肢 <躯体 <下肢 ,平均为 5 5 d。结论 :该市狂犬病的流行与野犬的数量、月份、性别、咬伤部位 。

Objective:To probe the epidemiological factors and characteristics of rabies.Methods:Collected material of case report and epidemiolosic investigation were analysed.Results:Rabies was transmitted mainly by wild dog from the moutains,hills and pingyuan,the top of incidence was from May to November,the men were more than women,to form epidemic focus was more easily in mountains than in hills and pingyuans,average incubation period was fifty-five days,head<arms<chest and abdomen<legs about incubation.Conclusion:Epidemic process of rabies was related with number of wild dog,geographical environment,month,sex,injured part and the execution of preventive measure.
