阐述了内皮的主要功能 ,详细地介绍了近年来国外关于内皮功能障碍与冠心病方面的研究情况 ,包括动脉粥样硬化、心肌梗死、再狭窄、心律失常等。此外 ,简单介绍了内皮功能的检测方法和治疗对冠心病内皮功能的影响 ,并对未来的研究方向提出了新的思考。
The author describes the main functions of the endothelial cells and introduces the detail about researches on the relationship between endothelial dysfunction and coronary heart disease in recent years abroad,including arteriosclerosis,acute myocardial infarction,restenosis,arrhythmia,et al.Furthermore,the measures of detecting and treating endothelial dysfunction are mentioned briefly.The author also gives some new ideas for the future research.
