钙增敏剂的作用机制及其变力性作用

摘要 心力衰竭发病率及死亡率位居前列 ,现有强心剂可能导致钙超载 ,引起心律失常发生、能量消耗增加和心肌细胞损伤。新一类的强心药物 钙增敏剂通过其他方式发挥正性肌力作用。本文综述了该类药物的作用机制及其在心力衰竭、缺血再灌注和糖尿病心肌病方面的有益作用。
