摘要
本文通过对ZnS:Cu,Mn,Tm黄色夜光粉样品颗粒度、X射线衍射分析、光电子能谱,所承受的机械压力的测定,从而分析确定了该夜光粉的颗粒级配,晶体构型,晶体缺陷以及各种离子在晶体中的存在情况.
According to measurement of the particle size distrubution,X-ray diffraction,pho-toelction spectra,capability to bear machanical pressure of ZnS:Cu,Mn,Tm yollow night-lu-minousphosphor.This paper analysed and made sure that the partile size distrubution,crystal structure,crystaldefect of the phosphor existent circumstances of various ions in this crystal.
