视网膜下腔免疫赦免机制的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 研究证实视网膜下腔是免疫赦免部位,神经视网膜是免疫赦免组织,但视网膜下腔的免疫赦免机制尚未完全阐明。如何避免免疫排斥反应仍然是视网膜移植亟待解决的问题。本文就神经视网膜的免疫原性、视网膜下腔免疫赦免及免疫排斥反应机制的研究进展进行综述。
