Energy Efficiency Design for a Public Building in Northwest China

通过对西北地区某公共建筑节能试点示范工程节能效果的检测和分析,论述了公共建筑节能设计应从建筑布局及围护结构构造措施、采暖通风空气调节系统和物业管理及调控手段等三方面入手,同时,提出了节能控制的若干思路。

Based on the energy efficiency results to be tested and analyzed for a demo public building in Northwest China, the paper indicates the energy efficiency design should put the stress on three aspects: architectural layout and building envelope; HVAC system; and building operation, management and auto-control. It also describes how to make auto-control of energy saving for the building.
