摘要
本实验采用垂直平板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对虎纹蛙和牛蛙的心肌、肝脏、肾脏和肌肉等4种组织的酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究,证明两种蛙的同种组织之间以及同种蛙的异种组织之间的酯酶同工酶谱式都存在显著的差异;但是两种蛙中,同种蛙的异种组织都有相同迁移率及相似活性的酶带,这些酶可能是由管家基因控制的管家酶,而其它酶带则可能是由于不同组织执行不同功能,基因特异性表达的结果.
In this paper, the esterase isozymes of Rana catesbeiana Shaw and Rana tigrina rugulosa Wiegmann were investigated with the polyacrylamide gel vertical plating electrophoresis. The experiments showed that the esterase isozyme between the two species exhibited the species-specificity and between different tissues (heart,liver,kidney and muscle)of the same species showed the tissue-specificity. And it seems justified that esterase isozymes can be used as genetic markers in identification of different species.
