摘要
从理论和实践两个角度详细阐述了火电厂球磨机现场总线控制系统设计开发的完整过程 ,包括根据受控对象特性确定控制方案、控制方案在现场总线控制系统中实现的可行性论证以及上位监控级和现场级的实现方法和过程等部分。从实时仿真和现场运行的结果看 ,所设计的FCS取得了较好的应用实效。
The whole procedure of development and design of fieldbus control system of steel ball pulverizers in fossil-fired power plant is described in detail from both theoretical and practical aspects. This includes determining control strategy based on characteristic of the object; investigating feasibility of implementation of control strategy in fieldbus control system; implementing the host monitoring layer and field layer, etc. From results of real time simulation and field operation,it is proven that the FCS control system designed offers excellent applicable effectiveness.
