深侧吹氩氧精炼炉熔池流动状态的数学模拟分析 被引量:2

摘要  针对氩氧侧吹冶炼中碳锰铁技术,借助模拟仿真技术,采用CFD工程分析软件CFX,对精炼炉熔池流动状态进行了三维数值计算仿真分析,经过对熔池的液体流动场、气体流动场和搅拌效率的研究,结果表明流场合理,搅拌良好,能为冶炼提供良好的动力学条件。 In this paper simulation analysis of three-dimensional numerical value calculation have been aimed of the bath flow state of refining furnace in the argon oxygen side-blown smelting mid-carbon manganes iron by CFD engineering analysis software CFX with the help of imitative simulation technology,the results show that there are good flow field and mixing.Meanwhile,it will popose good dynamics condition for the smelting.
