广西水利基建工程合同执行中存在的问题及对策

通过对广西52项主要水利基建工程合同的签订和履行情况进行专项检查,指出广西水利基建工程各市场主体在合同的签订和履行方面存在的问题,分析其原因,并就在水利基建工程项目全面推行合同管理制的基础上,如何进一步提高合同管理的水平提出了建议。

Based on the results of special examination on the signniture and execution of 52 major water conservancy capital construction contracts of Guangxi, the author list the problems existing in the signature and execution of contract for various market principal parts, analyze the reasons and put forward proposals for further raising the contract management level on the basis of fully pushing contract management system for water conservancy capital construction.
