摘要
本文用气相色谱法测定了甲鱼油中各种脂肪酸的含量,运用色谱质谱联用分析对各种脂肪酸进行定性分析.发现重量不同的甲鱼油中所含C_(20)和C_(22)的多不饱和脂肪酸有较大的差异.
This paper reports the determination of fatty acid in suppon turtle oil by gaschromatography.Qualitaive anlysis of various fatty acid by Gc-Ms are being held.The oilsamples from suppon turtles of different weights were compared.
