摘要
采用化学分析、X射线衍射仪、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段研究了影响双零铝箔 (0 .0 0 6~ 0 .0 0 7mm厚 )力学性能的各种因素。结果表明 ,当铝箔中 Fe/ Si比大于 3.0时 ,随着 Fe/ Si比的增加 ,剩余的θ(Fe Al3)相增加 ,这种针片状化合物对铝箔力学性能极为不利 ,铝箔的抗拉强度因此而下降 ;要提高铝箔的强度应使铝箔的组织均匀性提高 ,避免大颗粒化合物聚集 ,减小第二相化合物的尺寸 。
The factors affecting the mechanical property of double zero aluminum foil (0.006~0.007 mm thickness) was studied by means of chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction technique, optical microscopy, scan electronic microscopy, etc. The results show that when Fe/Si is more than 3.0, the excessive Fe tend to form FeAl_3, which is needle-like and harmful to the mechanical property of aluminum foil. The strength of aluminum foil declines with the increase of Fe/Si. Homogenizing the microstructure of aluminum can increase the strength of the aluminum foil. To improve the strength of aluminum foil, the segregation of large compound should be decreased and the fraction of the small compound should be increased.
