摘要
该文以T-1井为例,介绍了钻探山前构造带高温高压地层的随钻压力监测技术。在录井中,以dc指数为核心,结合气测录井的背景气、单根气和后效气及其它录井参数如钻井液密度、出口温度、起下钻抽吸及阻、卡情况等的综合分析评价,阐明了综合录井地层压力监测方法。文章还首次探讨了在PDC钻头钻进情况下的dc指数求取方法,使全井的压力检测得以实现。在T-1井,较系统地阐述了正常压力段、压力过渡带、异常高压带、异常超高压段的检测分析特征,由实例证明,该技术方法是可行的,与MDT测试压力结果是相符的,同时也有利于油气层的发现、评价和保护,对指导安全钻井十分有效。
Taking Well T-1 as an example, the paper introduced the technology of pressure monitoring while drilling HTHP formation of piedmont structural zone. During mud logging, taking dc as a key index, according to the comprehensive analysis and evaluation of background gas, connection gas and aftereffect gas and the other mud logging parameters, such as drilling fluid density, outlet temperature,swabing,resistance and sticking, it expounded formation pressure monitoring method by comprehensive mud logging method. The author also discussed the method to extract Pdc index while PDC bit drilling , so as to realize whole well′s continuous pressure monitoring. As for Well T-1, the paper made a systematic exposition to detect and analyse characteristics of normal pressure interval, pressure transitional zone, abnormal high-pressure zone and abnormal superhigh pressure zone. The examples have proven that this technology is workable and tallied with the results of MDT testing pressure, it is beneficial to the oil-gas bed′s finding, evaluation and protection, and is effective for guiding drilling safely.
