摘要 针对华丰电器集团有限责任公司电镀分厂现行的用NaOH沉淀法除镉效果不太好,处理条件控制不好时易超标的现状,进行了用Na3PO4、Na2S和NaOH沉淀法的对比处理工艺试验,结果表明Na3PO4沉淀法处理电镀含镉废水效果优势明显,处理后的废水中镉的质量浓度低于0.008mg/L,达到国家排放标准。 In view of the fact that the effect of cadmium removal in treatment of cadmium electroplating wastewater with NaOH precipitation method used in present in the Electroplating Factory of Huafeng Electric Group Co. Ltd is not so good, comparative test of treatment technologies of precipitation with Na_3PO_4, Na_2S and NaOH respectively were conducted. The results show that the precipitation with Na_3PO_4 is the best method for removal of cadmium in treatment of cadmium electroplating wastewater. With the use of the method, the concentration of cadmium in the treated wastewater is below 0.008 mg/L which meets the National Standard of Wastewater Drainage.
