摘要
以固体酸为催化剂 ,在固定床中将糖苷型大豆异黄酮水解成大豆异黄酮苷元。研究了温度、进料配比以及接触时间对游离型异黄酮转化率的影响。结果表明 ,溶剂与原料比例为 1∶11左右为宜 ,甲醇与水的比例以 1∶2为好 ,温度在 6 0~ 70℃。通过固定床两次水解 ,糖苷型异黄酮转化率可达 90 %。
Soybean isoflavone glucoside can be hydrolyzed into isoflavone aglucone with methanol-water in a fixed bed filled with solid acid catalyst. The effects of temperature ,ratio of methanol to water,contact time on the percent conversion of isoflavone were studied.The optimum conditions are as following:ratio of solvent to extraction material is 1∶11, ratio of methanol to water is 1∶2, temperature of hydrolyzation is between 60℃ and 70℃.The conversion of isoflavone is as high as 90%, when hydrolyzed twice with methanol-water in a fixed bed filled.
