摘要 目的探讨16排螺旋CT在颅内血管造影(CTA)的临床价值。方法利用16排螺旋CT作脑血管增强扫描,获得原始横断面图像,采用VR、SSD和MIP技术重建三维脑血管图像。本组29例,包括正常15例,异常14例,其中Willis环发育异常8例,动脉狭窄6例,血管闭塞2例,动脉瘤3例,AVM1例。结果16排螺旋CT颅内血管成像清楚显示颅内血管,能显示异常血管的类型、位置、形成、大小。结论16排螺旋CT的CTA是一种显示内血管病变有价值的检查方法,它较普通螺旋CT更快捷、更安全,对临床治疗方案有指导作用。 Objective To evaluate clinical applications of CT intra-cranial angiography using a 16 row helical CT scanner. Methods The original enha nced axial CT images were obtained with a 16 row helical CT scanner. The 3D intr a-cranial angiogram were reconstructed with VR, SSD and MIP. In total 29 cases were studied, including normal intra-cranial vessels (n=15), malformation of Willis cycle (n=8), arterial stenosis (n=6), vascular obstruction (n=2), AVM (n= 1), and aneurysms (n=3). Results The 16 row helical CT scanner provided vivid im ages of intra-cranial vessels, and provided useful information of the type, si te, shape and size of abnormal vascularity. Conclusion CTA using the 16 row heli cal CT scanner is a valuable technique for intracranial vascular disorder, and i s superior to the CTA performed on a conventional single slice helical CT scanne r. This imaging may be recommended as a guidance of the clinical treatment.
