摘要
科学管理,是横跨社会科学和自然科学的大学科。河北省地震电磁台网实施科技管理,对台网建设和电磁辐射研究与应用的进展,起到了极大地启示、指导和推动作用。本文主要介绍台网管理体系、技术职能、规范规章、技术措施和地震预报的管理等内容。同时对实施科技管理的意义等,进行了尝试性的讨论。
The scientific management is a big subject across social and natural sciences. A scientific and technological management is carried out in the seismic electromagnetic network of Hebei Province, so that the network construction and the study and practical development of electromegnetic radiation are strongly enlightened, guided and pushed forward. This paper mainly describes the system of the network nanagement, technical function, standard and rules, technical measures and the management of earthquake forecast, etc. And at the same time it also discusses the significance of carrying out the scientific and technological management.
