地方地震工作管理人员的气质分析

THE ANALYSIS AND PERFECTION OF THE MAKINGS OF ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL OF LOCAL SEISMIC WORK

每个人都有自己独特的气质,并对社会实践产生影响。在我们平时的管理工作中,个人气质特征对于职业的选择,或适应新的工作环境,以及通过气质训练来提高工作效率,都具有重要的意义。本文运用管理心理学,管理行为学的原理,着重对地方地震工作管理人员的气质表现和完善途径进行了初步探讨,意在抛砖引玉。

Each person has his own special makings, which can produce influence on social practice. In our common administrative work, the characteristic of person's makings has an important significance in occupation choice, ability to adapt oneself to new circumstances and raising working efficient by makings training as well. This paper mainly makes a preliminary discussion on the makings expression and perfection ways of the administrative personnel of local seismic work, aiming at casting a brick to attract jade.
