膀胱移行细胞癌HSP_(27)和ToPoⅡα表达的研究

The expression of HSP_(27) and ToPoⅡα in transitional cell carcinoma of human bladder

目的 探讨膀胱移行细胞癌中热休克蛋白 2 7(HSP2 7)和 DNA拓扑异构酶 α(To Po α)的表达。方法 SP免疫组织化学染色 ,检测 85例膀胱癌患者病灶组织中 HSP2 7和 To Po α的表达率。结果 HSP2 7阳性率为 4 7.0 6 % (4 0 / 85 ) ,To Po α阳性率为 5 8.82 % (5 0 / 85 ) ,两项同时阳性者占 35 .2 9% (30 / 85 )。To Po α表达与移行细胞癌病理的分级呈正相关 , 级明显低于 和 级 (P<0 .0 1) ;HSP2 7表达 级中高于 、 级 ,但无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 )。结论 检测膀胱移行细胞癌中 HSP2 7和 To Po α可以指导化疗方案的制定。

Objective To explore the expression of HSP 27 and Topoismerase(ToPo) Ⅱα of transitional cell carcinoma in human bladder.Methods 85 cases with bladder transitional cell carcinoma were investigated by immunohistochemical dye.Results The total positive rate of HSP 27 and ToPoⅡα were 47.06%(40/85)and 58.82% (50/85).The common positive rate of HSP 27 and ToPoⅡα were 35.29%(30/85).The expression of ToPoⅡα was concerned with grade of bladder carcinoma and the positive rate of I grade group were lower significantly than Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade (P<0.01). The positive rate of HSP 27 were not significantly different in various grade of cancer.Conclusion The determination of expression of ToPoⅡα and HSP 27 may guide clinical chemotherapy of bladder.
