High Solid-All-acrylic Microemulsion Synthesized by Way of Common Method for Use in Wooddenware Coatings

用滴加种子单体的普通乳液聚合工艺,合成出ω(乳化剂)=1￣2%,ω(聚合物)>50%, 粒径35.6nm、多分散性0.133,半透、微蓝,稳定的木器涂料用纯丙微乳液。胶膜光泽(60o)87,摆杆硬度0.67,柔韧性小于1mm,附着力1￣2级,抗冲击性(正/反)50/50(kg·cm)。

Semitransparent, slightly blue, stable all-acrylic microemulsion was synthesized by drip feed seed emulsion polymerization with emulsifier content 1 ~ 2% (based on total latex) , monomer 50% ( based on total latex), particle size 35.6nm, polydispersity of particle size 0.133, its latex film is excellent in gloss(87) , pendulum hardness(0.67), flexibility (<1 mm), adhesion (1~2) and impact-resistance both positive and negative(50/50kg.cm).
