摘要
石油沥青填充聚氨酯防水材料性能较好,价格低廉,具有广泛的推广价值和应用前景,而能否成功地实现石油沥青对聚氨酯填充的关键在于相容剂的选择。笔者所建立的“牵线实验”和“表面污玷性观察”是评价和研究相容剂的初始相容性和增塑相容性的行之有效的方法,根据所设计的配方正式生产的石油沥青聚氨酯防水材料全部指标均已达到JC500-92标准,且粘结性优良,具有较高的应用推广价值。
Petroleum asphalt filled PU waterproof materials with excellent performance and low cost will find wide applications, but thekeypoint of whether or not PU could be filled with petroleum asphalt lies in selection of compatibilizer. The 'Drop Test' and 'Surface Contamination Observation' set up by the author were effective methods to evaluate and study initial compatibility and plasticizing compatibility of the compatibilizer. All indexes of the petroleum asphalt filled PU waterproof materials manufactured with the designed formulation wer up to the Standard JC500-92. Their adhesion was excellent and deployment was highly worthwhile.
