蛹虫草菌丝体降血脂作用的动物试验研究

Experimental study of Cultured cordyceps militaris(Fr.) Link mycelium's effect on blood lipids

目的 了解人工培育的蛹虫草菌丝体降血脂效果。方法以 12 5 0、2 5 0 0、5 0 0 0mg kgBW剂量的蛹虫草菌丝体粉连续给大鼠灌胃 2 8d ,并于第 15天及第 2 9天采血测定TC、TG及HDL -C含量。结果 受试样品组大鼠血清的TC、TG含量低于模型对照组 ,而其HDL -C含量高于模型对照组。

The study was aimed at testing the cultured Cordyceps militaris (Fr.) Link myceliums effect of reducing lipids in blood. Three groups of hyperlipidemic rats were continually given the test agent for 28 days in doses of 125 0, 250 0 and 500 0 mg/kg BW separately by gavage. Their serum TC,TG and HDL-C were examined in the days of 15th and 29th. The TC, TG levels of rats given the test agent were markedly lower than those of the rats in the control group, and their HDL-C levels were higher than those of the control group. Cultured Cordyceps militaris (Fr.) Link mycelium has a marked effect of reducing the level of undesirable blood lipids .
