摘要 目的 比较戊二醛 (Glutaraldehyde ,GA)处理的牛心包与Bio -Gide膜 ,国产医用胶原膜的引导骨组织再生作用。方法 在 11只狗的双侧下颌骨颊侧骨板各制备 2个 1cm× 1cm× 0 .5cm大小的骨缺损区 ,随机覆盖GA牛心包 ,Bio -Gide膜、国产医用胶原膜 ;另一缺损区不盖膜作为对照。术后 2周 ,4周 ,8周 ,16周观察伤口愈合情况 ,膜在体内的变化及骨缺损区的修复情况 ,测量新生骨小梁百分比。结果  10只狗伤口愈合良好 ,16周组一只狗戊二醛处理的牛心包区伤口不愈合 ,有较严重的炎性反应 ;各组膜生物相容性良好 ,未见明显炎性细胞浸润 ,国产医用胶原膜 8周左右吸收 ,Bio -Gide膜及牛心包 16周内未明显吸收 ;膜覆盖组骨缺损愈合情况优于实验对照组。结论 GA牛心包在狗的实验性骨缺损修复中有与Bio -Gide膜、国产医用胶原膜相近的引导骨组织再生作用 ,且物理性能及可操作性优于国产医用胶原膜。GA牛心包生物相容性与Bio -Gide膜。 Objective To compare the effect of guiding bone regeneration between Glutaraldehyde(GA)cross-linking bovine pericardium,medical collagen membrane and Bio-Gide membrane.Methods Two 1cm×1cm×0.5cm defects were created on bilateral of mandibles 11 dogs.Each defect was treated differently at random:covered with GA bovine pericardium;covered with medical collagen membrane;coered with Bio-Gide membrane;no membrane covered as control.The dogs were bred as usual and were sacrificed at the 2 th weeks,4 th weeks,8 th weeks and 16 th weeks after surgery.The wound healing condition,the change of membrane and the repair of bone defects were observed.The histomorphometric description of new bone percentage was obtained by Image-Computer Analysis System to compare the different repair of the bone defects treated with different methods.Results Wound healed over well in 10 dogs.Meanwhile,wound healed badly in another dog(16 weeks group)and,severe inflammatory response was observed in the bovine pericardium-covered area.Each kind of membrane had good biocompatibility.The medical collagen membrane was absorbed at the 8 th weeks.The Bio-Gide membrane and GA bovine pericardium was maintained in vivo in 16 weeks.The bone defects treated with membrane repaired betterr than that in the control groups significantly.Conclusion GA bovine pericardium could have the effect of guiding bone regeneration,which was similar to that of Bio-Gide mambrane of medical collegen membrane in the repair of experimental bone defect in dog,but with good physical capability and manipulation.GA bovine pericardium appears to have good biocompatibility.
