卡介苗多糖核酸对COPD缓解期患者免疫功能的影响

Effect of Amylose Nucleic Acid of BCG Vaccine on the Immunologic Function of COPD Patients in Remission Stage

目的 探讨卡介苗多糖核酸对COPD缓解期患者免疫功能的影响。方法 将缓解期COPD患者随机分成两组 ,卡介苗治疗组和对照组 ,随访 1年 ,将治疗组和对照组呼吸道感染情况进行比较 ;同时将治疗组治疗前、后的T淋巴细胞亚群进行比较。结果 卡介苗治疗组发病次数减少。治疗前、后T淋巴细胞亚群CD+ 4 、CD+ 8水平及CD+ 4 /CD+ 8比值间差别均有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 卡介苗多糖核酸是一种良好的免疫调节剂。

Objective To studied the effect of amylose nucleic acid of BCG Vaccine on the immunologic function of COPD patients in remission stage.Methods Allocating the COPD patients in remission stage into therapeutic group and control group randomly, following them one year, then comparing the infection situation of respiratory system, at the same time, comparing the patients' subpopulations of T lymphocytes in therapeutic group before and after therapy.Results The average infection times in therapeutic group's patients decreased. There was significant difference between CD + 4, CD + 8 level and CD + 4/CD + 8 ratio in subpopulations of T lymphocytes before and after therapy (P<0.05～0.01). Conclusion Amylose nucleic acid of BCG Vaccine is a kind of good immunoregulator.
