Analysis of Cartridge Valve from Perspectives of Structural Principles and Functional Mechanisms

Based on the conceptual analysis in a previous paper,which discussed the functional model of the cartridge valve from the viewpoints of HRS and DTM, in this paper the author will provide a structural description through a house-like model of the cartridge valve technology, by which the structural principles and functional mechanisms of cartridge valve will be characterized from the perspectives of modularization and integration. The installation interface and connection dimension of the cartridge valve cavity and the functional symbol system and their relevant industrial standards are discussed also in subsequent sections.
