摘要
电弧稳定是交流焊接中极其关键的问题,为了保证电弧稳定,常采取加稳弧剂、加高压脉冲和加高频脉冲等措施。这些措施或增加成本,或不安全,或有强烈的电磁干扰。为了克服这些不足笔者设计了一种矩形波脉冲交流焊接电源,并分析了矩形波脉冲交流电源的控制过程。要求此电源能输出任意形状的矩形波,交流正负极性比率可任意调节,交流过零速度极快。结果表明,所设计的矩形波脉冲交流电源能够满足以上要求。
Stability of arc is a key element in the process of AC welding. We often add arc stabilizer, high-voltage pulse or high-frequency pulse to ensure the stability of arc. These measures often induce high cost, insecurity or strong electromagnetic interference. In order to overcome these shortcomings, we designed a kind of rectangular wave pulse AC welding power and analyzed its control process. Rectangular wave of arbitrary shape shall be output, change rate of AC plus-minus shall be regulated arbitrarily, and the speed of exchanges over zero shall be very quick. The result suggested that the designed rectangular pulse AC power supply could satisfy the requirements above.
