瞳孔反射检查的可重复性研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的 了解不同测试者和不同测试时间的瞳孔反射检查 ,探讨瞳孔反射检查的可重复性。方法 用瞳孔测试仪 ( pupillometer)检测正常人 10 0例 ( 2 0 0只眼 )的瞳孔对光反射。检测对象年龄 12~ 66岁 ,平均 3 1岁 ,按 10岁为一个年龄段分为 5组。测试者甲与测试者乙应用相同仪器和测试方法 ,分别对受试者进行测试。同一测试者应用相同仪器和测试方法 ,对受试者在不同时间 (间隔 3 0天 )分别进行测试。结果 不同测试者的测试结果可有不同 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。同一测试者不同测试时间的测试结果可有改变 ,但差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 在相同条件下行瞳孔反射检查 ,不同测试者和不同测试时间对测试结果无显著影响。瞳孔反射检查作为一种客观的视觉通路功能检查法 ,在正常人具有不同测试者和不同测试时间的可重复性。 Objective To determine whether the different examiners and the different test times have significant effects on the test results of the papillary light reflex using the pupillometer and to evaluate the repeatability of the pupillometry.Methods The pupillary light reflexes by using pupillometer were observed for 100 normal subjects(200 eyes).Their ages of the normal subjects ranged from12 to 66 years(mean,31 years).According to their ages,the 200 eyes of 100 normal subjects were classified into five groups.The different examiners used the same pupillometer and methods to observe the papillary light reflexes of the same examinees.The same examiner observed the papillary light reflexes of the same examinees at the different times(every thirty days).Results There was no significant difference between the results of the two different examiners or between the results of the two different times(P>0.05).Conclusions Our results suggest the different examiners and the different test times have no significant effects on the results of the pupillometry.As a way to reflect the visual function correctly and objectively,the pupillometer test have a satisfying repeatability.
