摘要
目的 探讨近视眼后极部视网膜厚度的改变。方法 应用Zeiss -Humphrey光学相干断层成像仪 (OpticalCoherenceTomographyOCT)观察矫正视力≥ 1 0的 2 3例 45只近视眼和 10例 17只正常眼后极部视网膜厚度。近视眼组根据屈光度分为二组 :中低度近视组 16只眼 (≤ 6 0 0D) ,高度近视组 2 9只眼 ( >6 0 0D)。结果 高度近视眼组后极部视网膜平均厚度低于中低度近视组及正视组 ,差别有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。中低度近视组后极部视网膜平均厚度与正视组比较无统计学意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 近视眼后极部视网膜变薄主要发生在高度近视眼。
Objective To investigate the changes in retinal thickness of posterior pole in myopia.Methods Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT) was performed on posterior pole of 17 emmetropia and 45 myopic eyes with best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)≥1.0.Myopic eyes were divided into two groups according to spherical equivaluent(SE):medium and low myopia with SE≤6.00D(16 eyes);high myopes with SE>6.00D(29 eyes).Results The retinal thickness of posterior pole in high myopia group was significantly thinner than that in emmetropia,and also than that in medium and low myopia. There was no siginificant difference between emmetropia group and medium and low myopia(P>0.05).Conclusions The decrease of retinal thickness in posterior pole of myopic eyes ususlly occurs in high myopia.
