摘要 研究了粉末活性炭、K-15颗粒活性炭和732阳离子树脂等三种脱色剂对丙酮酸发酵液的脱色条件、脱色效果及其对丙酮酸的吸附程度。结果表明,732阳离子树脂是理想的脱色剂,具有脱色、沉淀蛋白质和去除钠离子三种功用。确立丙酮酸发酵液的脱色工艺为:离心发酵液阳离子柱脱色和改性发酵液后续工序,减少了离交法提取丙酮酸的环节,增加丙酮酸提取的收率。 In this paper the conditions and effect of decolorization and the absorption of pyruvate in broth were studied among power activated carbon and K-15 granule activated carbon and 732# cationic resin. The 732# cationic resin have better effect of decolorization and absorb little pyruvate, besides ,it can precipitate protein and remove Na+. Then the process of decolorization was builded: centrifugation of broth decororization and exchange of Na+ in cationic resin column next process. Because the processes of decororization and exchange of Na+ are together, the recovery percent of pyruvic acid was improved.
