本文对墨旱莲的茎部和叶中黄酮类化合物的提取率进行了对比,并通过单因素分析和正交试验设计确定了墨旱莲黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件。

In this paper, the ratio of flavone from culm and leaf in Eclipta Alba. had been compared. The optimum extraction technology of flavone from Eclipta Alba. was obtained by single factor and orthogonal test.
