摘要
介绍了动物,植物和菌类多糖的提取方法,并针对粗多糖中所含的杂质不同,采用不同的方法加以去除,以达到多糖与杂质的分离。
The extraction methods of polysaccharide from animals, plants and fungus were introduced in this paper. According to the impurities of every kind of polysaccharide, different ways of removal of those impurities adopted to gain purified polysaccharide were discussed.
