摘要
溶剂法氢化松香生产过程中,循环使用的溶剂总量变化不大,但其轻组分因更容易挥发而在生产过程的各个环节流失,含量会逐渐降低;而在加氢反应的温度和氢化松香的蒸馏条件下,松香中的部分重油和少量松香脱羧产物被分离出来进入溶剂,造成重组分含量逐渐增加。溶剂的变化是影响氢化松香质量的一个因素。
Although the total amount of recycled solvent is relatively stable in a solvent process of hydrogenated rosin production,the lighter compositions may decrease in the process because of evaporation.On the other hand,heavier compositions become more owing to the small amount of heavy turpentine remained in rosin and the decarboxylation of the small part of rosin during high-temperature hydrogenation and distillation.The solvent variation is one of factors that affect quality of hydrogenated rosin.
