Intelligence transportation system is a real - time, high efficient and accurate system. It is considered in the world as the best way to tackle congestion, improve the traffic safety, enhance the operating efficiency and reduce air pollution. German is leading in the world. This paper presents the ITS of German in detail. Considering the current transportation, author proposes his plan and emphasizes the urgent of developing ITS.
