电视字幕可以实现用户与电视节目之间更好的交流 ,因此 ,DVB字幕解码器的设计在数字电视的发展过程中是必不可少的。研究怎样在基于嵌入式操作系统STLite/OS2 0的机顶盒中实现软DVB字幕解码器。

Television subtitles (or captions) can assist the viewer's communication with TV programs more effectively. This paper studied on how to implement a software DVB subtitle decoder in the set-top-box based on STLite/OS20 embed operating system.
